What started as an idea quickly became a playable Farming Simulator map, demonstrating just how much can be achieved with the right tools and workflow.
This project was created entirely using three tools developed by RhodTehMod & Ola Haldor:
LUSH Map Visualiser – For sourcing and preparing real-world terrain data, elevation and orthographic imagery.(RhodTehMod)
LUSH Create – For transforming the prepared data into a map-ready foundation. (Ola Haldor)
LUSH Map Editor – For bringing everything together and building the playable environment. (Ola Haldor
Two Hours. Three Tools. One Map.
This wasn’t a months-long mapping project. It was an experiment to see how quickly a map could go from initial terrain preparation to a playable environment using the Lush tools.
The result demonstrates the potential of a streamlined mapping workflow, reducing many of the traditionally time-consuming stages of map creation.
Why This Project?
The aim wasn’t necessarily to create a finished, fully detailed map. It was to demonstrate the capabilities of the tools, their workflow and what could be achieved in a very short space of time.
Think of this as a showcase of what’s possible, rather than a traditional map release.
All three Lush tools are part of an ongoing development project aimed at making Farming Simulator map creation more accessible, efficient and flexible.
