What does this mod do? The NoTab mod is a specialized gameplay script for Farming Simulator 25. It disables the standard function that allows you to instantly jump to the next available vehicle by pressing the Tab key.
Why should you use it? In many modern simulations, the sense of the world’s scale is lost. With this mod, every decision becomes important:
Maximum immersion: You don’t play a floating ghost jumping from tractor to tractor, but a farmer walking around his farm.
Logistics planning: Where do I park my machines? Did I leave the trailer in the right place? Every unnecessary step costs time – just like in real life.
Atmosphere: You perceive the surroundings of your farm map much more intensely when you actually have to travel the path between the fields.

I am already working on further improvements for upcoming versions:
Intelligent notification system: When attempting to “tab”, a subtle, atmospheric message appears (e.g. “You must walk to reach this vehicle” ).
Sound feedback: A short, appropriate sound when the function is blocked, to give the player immediate feedback.
Config file: An XML file in which players can (optionally) define exceptions (e.g., tabbing only between vehicles that are close together).
Multiplayer optimization: Full synchronization for server operators who want to enforce a strict realism standard.
